The order status page says my order was shipped a long time ago and it is still not here. What can I do?

We define an order to be lost in the mail or stolen if 30 business days have passed the shipment date. If it has been 30 days since your order was shipped and you have not received it, please email us and we will resolve this matter promptly. However, if it has not been 30 days we ask for your patience in this matter for most orders to get delivered before 30 business days. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
