FIRST STEP
Please make sure you are entering your email address as registered on the auction site when you won the auction.
The way you find your eBay.com auction email address

-Go to eBay.com
-Click on the "My eBay" tab
-Click the "Preferences" tab in the second row of tabs located in the center of the page.
-In the "Address information:" section, located in the left column of the page, click on the "Update my registration information" link.
-On the "Change Registration Information" page, your registration email address is called, "E-mail address".
This is the email address you need to use to enter the checkout.

SECOND STEP
Please double check the item/order number you are using.

THIRD STEP
Please allow up to 1 hour after the auction for the servers to catch up.
